Monthly Rentals in Shamiram

Our stay was excellent — we felt like we were at home with family. Everything is brand new and fresh, and the owners are so warm and hospitable that we didn’t want to leave. It was truly a great stay, one of the best we’ve had in Armenia. The house has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the mountains and the city — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The area is peaceful and quiet, but just a 10–15 minute walk brings you to a large supermarket (Yerevan City) and a very affordable restaurant (Vega) — our personal favorite, though there are other good options nearby as well. It's also worth mentioning that there was one day when the area had no water due to an incident, but the owners provided us with stored water and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

What I loved: Nice, clean and cozy house and garden. Spacious. Good and clean pool on-site. Has a huge table suitable for seating many guests. Good parking space for 1-2 cars. Good furniture. What could be improved: Gets hot inside, one A/C unit isn't enough. BBQ area has no cover from sun and no tables or chairs. No washing machine for the dishes. TV is very small. Overall: Good place for one-day events like celebrating a birthday. I enjoyed my stay and the overall experience was pleasant. Thank you.

Rosy is a great owner. He uploaded a video with directions to the apartment in advance - this helped, since we arrived at night. He was always in touch and responded quickly to messages. We checked in without any problems, on our own. It takes 20 minutes to get to Yerevan by car, you can also order a taxi (cost 1400 - 2000 drams). The apartment was clean, cool during the day, warm at night (there are two electric radiators). There was always hot water. There are all necessary utensils for cooking. The Internet worked stably, there was enough for work and online calls. The neighbors didn't bother us. Disadvantages: The mattress on the bed is not very comfortable (hard and you can feel the springs). But it's new. There is no microwave - it would be more convenient to heat food with it. The access road is dirt, there are small holes. In custody: Nice apartments at reasonable prices in a quiet location with mountain views. Thanks Rosy for the coffee and fruit!
