There is plenty of dedicated parking, we provide visitor parking permits so you can park right outside. Tea, coffee, milk and bread are provided for you as well as a locally sourced breakfast hamper. The property is walkable to the bus and tram stops, as well as to the well loved Rivelin valley.

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.

Entire coach house with parking on Ecclesall Road

Delightful coach house (detached and set back from the main property) with private courtyard, garden access and off road parking. Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.
