The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

We are located in a small, gated community with beautiful, relaxing views of Battery Creek and marsh. Convenient to Port Royal, Sands Beach, Boardwalk, Cypress Wetlands and historic downtown Beaufort. Hunting Island State Park Beach is approximately a 30 minute drive.

Lady's Island Cottage

Our spacious one-room studio apartment is attached to our home but offers complete privacy. Guests have their own private entrance and parking spot in driveway. The accommodation is not shared with the hosts, however we live on the property. We are located on Lady's Island, SC which is a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island Beach, Parris Island, and MCAS, as well as Historic Downtown Beaufort.The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.
