Loved this place and would stay here again and again! We moved into this space pretty last minute to vacate a place that was rough and Oomi could not have been more helpful and immediately responsive. She let us check in right away and the place was in perfect condition- great building, easy to check in, so convenient to where we worked, and the space was so clean, comfortable, and wonderful. Can’t recommend enough.

Edward was a gracious host, quick to respond too. I and my parents enjoyed our stay there. The house is beautiful, with an awesome backyard, where we spent slow mornings sipping tea and watching birds enjoy the feeder. I would come back here if I was in the area.

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosaria’s apartment for two months, and it was an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really liked the place

We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

This is a great stay. Small and cozy. Its a great price for what you get. I highly recommend if you are in the area. Its exactly as described. Paul is great and is responsive to all our questions. Would stay here again.

I rented it for tenants to stay in during a repair at their apartment. My tenants chose to stay in their apartment instead so they never actually checked in. But Hameen was very flexible, even offering early check in since the contractors started early, and he refunded the cleaning fee since they never entered the apartment. The location is very central in Bristol and I can tell Hameen would be a great host for people that stay there.

Exactly as described. Very well kept. A cozy little place with great furnishings. Felt right at home. Martin was great. He was outside when I pulled up and showed me around. Super nice host. A great experience all around!

This is my 3rd stay here. I sometimes come on my own to visit my daughter at Yamaha and I pay extra per night to stay at this comfy relaxing spot so I feel at home. I have private parking, easy entry, close to downtown Yale shopping and minutes from raved Whooster Villlage. Don’t be hesitate because it is on the corner of the busy street, it allows for spreading out of family and each bedroom with own bathroom/TV sitting area. The upstairs room can get warm but use the AC unit in room and it is cool in no time! This will be my home away from home for my daughter’s next 3 years at UNH. My only suggestion is the main floor bedroom does not have King size bed but the room Itself is gorgeous! Enjoy and highly recommend this spot!

Frank’s place was exactly what we needed, perfect for a weekend getaway. Quiet location, easy commute to and from the city, with great stores and shopping options nearby. The apartment itself is very well equipped. The desk, chair, and whiteboard are wonderful additions: perfect for anyone working remote! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy and we definitely enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer! Absolutely recommend 😊 Thanks Frank!

Henry was very proactive during his stay. He made it feel like home. I was visiting New York alone, and this place was ideal! Close to restaurants, the train station, and other amenities. Thank you, Henry. I wish you the best luck. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Would definitely book again.

Great location. Easy check in and out.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Our family had a wonderful time at Stephen and Ericka's apartment. It has a nice floorplan using the space well with a lot of natural light. The town is very charming and very close to the train station for easy access into NYC. Stephen and Ericka communicated well and made sure we had all the information we needed before, during and after our trip. Will look to stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

Renee’s place was a nice and cozy getaway from the city, and surprisingly fit 5 people + 2 cats very comfortably! She was also very quick to respond to any questions I had, we had a great time!
