Spacious, one bedroom, walk-out basement apt on the lower level of our home. Private entrance and driveway. Located in the quiet Park View neighborhood north of Eastern Mennonite University, this apt. is also just a few miles from JMU, a 15 minute drive to Bridgewater College, and a 30 minute drive to Shenandoah National Park. It features an open living/dining/kitchen (stocked with essentials), large bedroom, and full bath with washer and dryer. Guest use of the covered patio is encouraged.
