Apartment holiday rentals in Shenandoah Valley

Perfect apartment for our trip needs! Location was right in down town and walkable to everything and great restaurants and breweries. Check in was super easy and hosts very responsive and gave clear instructions. Apartment was extremely clean and stocked with everything you need. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows! We took our dog and she was comfortable there too! We travel to Roanoke a lot and would def love to stay again!

Clear communication makes all the difference, and Mei consistently provides a seamless experience. I’ve stayed at multiple properties of hers, and each time has been just as smooth and enjoyable as the last. The access to a washer and dryer, along with a fully equipped kitchen, is a huge plus. Most importantly, my dog felt comfortable, which means everything to me. Highly recommend!

I would rate this as the #1 place to stay in downtown Staunton if you want to be in the perfect location downtown, and such a charming place to stay. Everything was perfect! Great vibes here!

Erica was a very accomodating host. We enjoyed our stay there while in town for a wedding. It met all of our needs and then some. My only regret is not being able to stay longer and check out the area. The downtown was so pretty with all the decorative lights and even though it was lightly raining and almost 11 pm when we drove through, there were still lots of people walking about.

Our stay was clean and comfortable, and it was an excellent choice given the fact that we were traveling with our dog.

We had a great time at Julia & Ryan’s! Check in was very smooth and the space was ready for us before our check in time. The apartment was very clean and just as pictured. It’s only about 1-1.5 miles from the downtown mall area so definitely walkable in good weather, but also a very quick and easy Uber. We would come back to Julia and Ryan’s if we find ourselves back in Charlottesville!

Jayne made me feel right at home. The apartment was bright and clean. When I texted her in need of something she responded nearly immediately. I felt like I made a new friend when we chatted on various occasions since I was there for a longer stay. I’ll check here the next time I’m in the area and need a place. We really enjoyed staying at Buddy’s and will definitely keep it on our list for future Morgantown visits. It’s very close to Evansdale campus and the stadium and coliseum. Buddy greeted us in the driveway and gave us some instructions. Door is easy to get in to. The only thing I wish was there was a full sized fridge (we had food for tailgating) and maybe a lit path with stepping stones to get to the entrance as you have to walk around the side of the house. All in all, would 100% send this listing to a friend and, again, would stay here again.

This was such a cute place. It was so spacious, way more than we needed, but for the price, it was a steal. I would recommend this lovely home to everyone!

We had a great stay at Gail’s place. The best part about it was the proximity to downtown and the walking mall. There is a parking lot behind the house that we appreciated as well, given that the street is narrow and a little busy.

Fantastic place to stay. We always stay here when we visit town. Central to many restaurants and Church Hill attractions.

It was a girls getaway weekend and we really enjoyed the place! We found the beds to be very comfortable. The place was very clean and the robes were an added bonus for getting out of the hot tub since it was freezing out! Andrea was a wonderful host and very responsive with any questions we had. Andrea’s place was a central location for everything! Went to Fall City Pub Friday night and highly recommend. So many beers on tap to try. It was karaoke night and we enjoyed ourselves. Twisted Spoke Cafe was right next door and they have an excellent chicken quesadilla. Paddlers pizza is another recommendation if looking for pizza. Christian W Clay Winery has some really good wines so make sure to check them out as well and the distillery next door too. If looking for a place to rent I highly recommend renting Andrea’s place! You won’t be disappointed!

Great cozy spot in Lovingston! Ed was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Despite all the rain we were able to have a lovely weekend getaway. Wineries and restaurant options close by.

Our stay on the farm was peaceful and quiet. The view was amazing. The suite was clean and private. Kam was super responsive to an issue we had with the jacuzzi tub and was there within 15 minutes along with her maintenance man. Definitely recommended Haley Farm if you desire peace and that down on the farm feel!

Jen’s place is perfect for an escape from the public, while close enough to Shenandoah and Charlottesville and Culpeper for adventures. She was extremely attentive and responsive, making us feel welcome from the start. Would recommend to anyone.

A much needed time for R and R after the holiday hooplah and Rhoda delivers. The little details allowed us to fully focus on relaxing. Meticulously clean, no noise, amd majes you ferl right at home. We will be bavk as soon as we can. The hot tub in the cold felt amazing.

Bonnie was a great host! Super communicative and gave us great directions to make her place easy to find (follow her directions, google maps had the wrong ones). The place was cosy and the hot tub was great!

it was quick and easy. Kimberly has made sure checking in is fast and painless. and me and my wife had our 4 year old with us who we thought was pretty loud and Kimberly assured us that she was ok. nice little place. Will stay again if I'm in the area again.
