L'eau provient d'un puit artesien et est potable.

In addition, if you feel like it, you will find the city of Magog 15 kilometers away and Eastman 7 kilometers from the house.

Charming cottage on a 2 acre wooded lot well situated 10 minutes from Mont Orford National Park and 7 minutes from the tourist town of Magog. Enjoy skidoo and vtt trails as well as many other winter & summer activities. The cottage is also close to Lake Memphremagog, Lake Stukely & Lake Fraser. For guest who enjoy skiing you are also less than 1 hour from Owls Head, Sutton & Jay Peak Resort in Vermont.

CITQ: 286366. - Completely renovated with the addition of a full kitchen, the Loft offers up to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the heart of the beautiful village of North Hatley. For 4 people you have the Loft with 2 queen beds. For 5 and 6 people you have access to a 2nd bedroom with queen bed. The cabin is also perfect for hunters, fishermen, and outdoor lovers of all kinds, or anyone just looking for a quiet place to get away and relax. The deck offers beautiful mountain views, and there are two ponds on the property for catch and release fishing in the warmer months.
