In addition, free parking is included, so it is convenient for traveling by car! Utsunomiya is known as the "city of gyoza". There are many popular gyoza shops and local gourmet spots within walking distance, so you can easily enjoy the authentic flavors. In addition, Utsunomiya is a castle town with more than 1000 years of history, and is full of attractions such as Utsunomiya Castle Park and Futarasan Shrine. This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal. Fishing is possible all year round in the river right in front of the hotel, and swimming and kayaking are also popular activities. On the spacious covered deck, you can enjoy a BBQ (authentic American grill) or socialise without worrying about the weather (optional, ¥3,000). From the veranda, there is a private view of the river. You can watch the sunrise while swinging in the hammock, read a book, or work remotely. In the outdoor bath, a starry sky unfolds at night. You can watch Netflix and other services on either the first or second floor. Convenient access to popular tourist destinations such as Nasu, Nikko and Twin Ring Motegi.
