Guest House Kokoro is located one block from Miyajima's Machiya-dori Street. 　When you pass through the warm curtain at the entrance, you are guided to the courtyard by stepping stones, with bamboo walls reminiscent of a Kyoto row house restaurant. The first floor is a living room, and the second floor has two adjoining Japanese-style rooms that serve as bedrooms, allowing up to 6 people to stay comfortably. 　In the courtyard, there is a white stone character "kokoro" (heart) inscribed in the gravel. You can take the ferry to Okunoshima(rabbit island) from the port. Near-by sightseeing spots: Mt.Kurotaki, Kaguya-hime museum, Preservation district of important historical buildings in Takehara city. Optional dinner is available at cafe area with extra charge. We are sorry but you will hear the noise from the cafe from 8am -11pm.
