Monthly Rentals in Si Sunthon

Had a great pleasure staying at Sam's place. He was a great host, gave us clear instructions and was always helpful. Condo is conveniently located in Kathu. Close to the centre and touristy spots (beaches, shopping centres and exc). Apartment had all the necessary amenities for comfortable long or short term living. Everything was clean and well maintained. Car or scooter parking available on site. If I will have a chance I will definately come back for a longer stay.

I had a pleasant stay: the location was convenient, the photos were accurate, and everything was spotless. The firm mattress was perfect, and all necessary amenities were provided. The manager was very helpful, even arranging to settle the electricity bill the night before my early departure. Although there was some noise from nearby loudspeakers on certain days, and I could also hear the call to prayer from local mosques, it didn’t detract from the overall comfort. I was satisfied and would recommend these apartments for cleanliness, convenience, and a responsive host.
