Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Siasconset, Nantucket

The house is in a perfect location to get to town or to the beach. I’d recommend a car or bikes, but it’s roughly a mile walk to town. It comfortably accommodated 5 adults and more adults could have been part of the trip with the amount of space in the house. Diane was accommodating to a late check out with a ferry later in the afternoon.

The house was beautiful, better than expected! It was very spacious with lovely high ceilings in all the rooms. the bedrooms were all large and delightfully decorated, as were the two sitting rooms. In fact the layout worked really well for our family group: master bedroom with en suite for us grandparents, first floor bedrooms for one couple and their two kids with shared bathroom and extra sitting area with TV, and the garden room -with an enormous bed!- and ensuite bathroom for the other couple. The pool was a very good size with comfortable loungers and the large table on the terrace was perfect for mealtimes. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were an enormous range of dishes and utensils! The various beaches we visited were all within easy reach and Mashpee Commons was only a short drive away with a range of restaurants and shops. Nicole was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time and the house exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful home just outside the center of town (so an easy walk in), comfortable, immaculately clean, with enough room across three floors to easily accommodate our extended family of five. We would definitely stay again.

it is a nice comfy house esp for a family. Swimming pool and game room down in the basement would be alot of fun for kids to keep them busy at day time and night time. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc are all right there esp. only like less than 5 to 15 minutes drive and also less than 25 minutes drive to go to north Falmouth or Wood Hole. They have a nice downtown with many stores, restaurants, bowling ally, etc which that is only less than 15 minutes drive from the house Also taking a walk from the house to the beach is so beautiful esp morning time. i walked every morning, and love every bit of the walk. It rained once during our vacation week and rest were sunny days for the rest of the week. We were lucky to have the good weather. Anyway, the house is approximately about less than a mile and half from the beach. Driving to Chetham is about little a hour drive from the house. To Provincetown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

Lovely place to stay and unwind. The dwelling is an exquisite property that is clean, relaxing, private, and spacious. Everything you read in the property's description is true. The host (Jannet) is always available for questions or concerns. We feel very blessed to have found this property to rent and spend some time in Falmouth. It looks like this will be our annual place to stay. Paul T.

We stayed here with a large group of friends including toddlers and babies for a friend’s wedding. We loved the space, especially sitting out on the deck together, having two separate spaces so some friends could stay up chatting while the kids slept in the other house was excellent. We would highly recommend this house for a fun and relaxing group trip!

The home was really great just as advertised and my family members felt right at home. Many family memories were made the back yard fire pit and grill was perfect for relaxing and laughing in the evening The beach and beautiful scenery just added to the experience two thumbs up from our littlest family member of 9 months who looked forward to his stroller ride to the beach every day Location was terrific close to Falmouth shops restaurants and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard Tam was very responsive and a great host We really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend to other families

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

This Mid-Island Mermaid basement apartment Air BnB exceeded our expectations. The descriptions on Air BnB were accurate. We were visiting my sister on Nantucket who lives about a mile away, but she doesn't have room for guests. We are a retired couple with two late-twenty-year-old sons. It was our first time on Nantucket for a longer stay. The size of the apartment is just right for four adults. It could possibly accommodate two more adults or a few small children sleeping on couches. The spaciousness of the apartment is a plus because he of us could have some privacy. The owner Charles communicated frequently and effectively prior to our arrival. All his instructions were clear. The weather was blustery, so locating the apartment was a slight challenge because it is in the back of the house. We had a minor access issue on the second evening when the access code to the door didn't work, but Charles was very responsive at 9PM. He sent a neighbor over to let us in. Recommend this place.

Great price! We stayed for the weekend and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Comfy beds and loved the outdoor patio space and shower! Would come back!

Brand new home. The inside was just beautiful and worked out great for us to stay one night while our client was purchasing a home on the island. I will say it's a little tricky to find. You have to turn down a little driveway that crosses the bike path.

We loved our stay at Angela’s Nantucket home. Everything was squeaky clean and she was super responsive with our questions. Location was wonderful we walked to dinner and coffee and to town to shop. We would love to come back soon!!

This is a beautiful apartment; the bathroom is spectacular; the rooms are large; furniture is beautiful; the people are friendly; I highly recommend this place and will be returning next year

Great location for seeing the island. Cozy place, but all you need because there is so much to do out of the house. Thanks for a great stay!
