You should be tolerant of children's noise above you.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our Haus Mooswinkel is located directly on the edge of the forest with a view of the Hochmoor. Peace and quiet await you to escape the hustle of everyday life. The apartment is located on the first floor and has about 120 m2. The large balcony invites you to relax and unwind. Our house is a 4 generations family home. Ideal for families. Come and experience the Bregenzerwald, recharge your batteries in a beautiful, family environment. We are looking forward to it!

We rent our attic apartment with the charm "vacation in grandma's time." It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement. You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.
