Restaurants, churches, squares, markets, port, and ferries/hydrofoils to the Egadi Islands will be just few minutes away. We can also recommend a useful bike rental-shop located in the city center. The city beach is located along the northern coastline. You will have roughly four kms of sandy beach coast to chose your favorite spot. You can use car, bicycle, or you can just walk to reach it. Casa Costanza is located in the heart of the city, in an area well-served by public transportation and services. The quiet, cozy apartment consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of an additional single bed), a bathroom with large shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. We offer courtesy toiletries (shampoo shower) and breakfast. The apartment is equipped with free ultra-fast wifi and is fully air-conditioned. We have a crib, small bathtub, changing table, and high chair. (Upon request) An additional single bed is available upon request The apartment is equipped with free ultra-fast fiber wifi. The bathroom has a hair dryer and a convector heater for air heating. The rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioners, 32" led SMART TVs, and LAN sockets. Stepping through the entrance to the house, you find yourself in a small hallway, from which you can access the bathroom, the bedrooms, and the living room/kitchen with a balcony. The apartment is in a strategic location due to its proximity to the Naval Port and to the bus stop to and from Falcone and Borsellino airport. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the terminus for Palermo's Falcone and Borsellino airport and Birgi (TP) airport. Frequent buses connect the neighborhood to the rest of the city, especially the train and bus stations. A direct bus connects Via Libertà with the beaches of Mondello.

The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!
