Clean and bright bachelor suite located just a 3 minute drive from the Victoria airport, and 10 minutes from Swartz Bay ferry terminal. You can walk from the airport, it is a 2.1 km walk along the paved airport trail. This beautiful and comfortable fully self contained suite is on the upper level of a family home, complete with private entry and ample street parking. The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

Our location is in a beautiful quiet part of Victoria called Cordova Bay. We’re walking distance to the ocean and beach, and also to grocery, restaurants, walking trials, parks and golf courses! We’re about a 20min drive from the ferries, 15min from the airport, and about 15min right into downtown Victoria.
