Quiet, small cottage in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with oven, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window, and a reading room. This includes a small terrace with marquise and a 500 sqm garden. It's not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature reserve, which adjoins the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.
