Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sifnos

I had a wonderful stay at Pension Afroditi. My hosts were absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness. The location is perfect— just a 5 to 10 min walk to the center of the city where there are bus stops and taxis if you don’t have your own transportation. The room has an adorable little balcony with a lovely view. Also, you can step right out the door and hop right on a few of the great hiking trails Sifnos has to offer!

Maria and Alexandros are great hosts. Their place is amazing. Recently renovated, everything is new, and the location is unbelievable. You are right on the water, 16 steps from your front door to getting ur toes wet. Paradise. The picture do it no justice. Thankyou.

Nous avons passé deux superbes journées à Pharos. Le cadre est magnifique et Giorgos a été extrêmement accueillant. A recommander !

This was the most incredible stay we’ve ever had. The views are breathtaking and the location is incredible. The bed was super comfortable and the whole place was well taken care of. Georgia is so kind and was such an amazing host. She met us at the port when we arrived served us a delicious breakfast each morning on our patio. I would rate this an 11 on a scale of 10. Highly highly recommend staying here

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit bei Maria. Die kleine Wohnung liegt oben mitten im Ort, (man muss also gut zu Fuß und mit Treppen sein) in einer ruhigen Straße. Man ist super schnell überall, es gibt leckere Restaurants und Bars im Ort, klein beschaulich und gute Küche. Es gibt zwei Optionen zum schwimmen, gerade der Felsen Strand unten an der Kapelle hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Danke Maria für die Gastfreundschaft und den tollen Kaffee (Maria arbeitet in einem Kaffee/Kiosk/Bäckerei direkt ums Eck!)

Kostas è stato un host impeccabile: amichevole, chiaro, pronto ad aiutarti. La casa è un piccolo gioiello: pulitissima, ristrutturata con gusto e attrezzata.Iinoltre Kostas mette a disposizione accessori utili per la spiaggia come ombrellone, maschere e pinne. Consiglio vivamente!

We had an amazing time in Sifnos, in part because of our awesome AirBnb experience with Ageliki. She reached out to us and made sure we had transportation from the port, giving us several options. We opted for the bus (bring cash and pay attention to the schedule) and made it there by check in time, although she was willing to be flexible had we arrived earlier. The place was not only clean and comfortable, but a wonderful gift basket full of local provisions and essentials was waiting for us which was a huge treat and extremely helpful. The back patio is very nice for an early morning coffee or having a meal. Very close to the town and beach. Would definitely visit again!

La Maison de Bizou est très propre, extrêmement bien équipée et bien placée puisqu’elle est assez centrale dans Sifnos (il faut une voiture je pense). Si vous aimez aller à la plage la journée et vous balader en ville le soir, vous êtes proches de tout en voiture. L’endroit est très calme lorsqu’il n’y a pas de vent et la vue est belle. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Et merci pour les petits gâteaux et le cadeau de bienvenue !

Margarita est une hôte très prévenante. Tout est prévu pour nous faire passer un excellent moment et la maison est fabuleuse ! Propre, très cosy et vraiment très bien située ! Margarita m'avait prévenue qu'à cette époque de l'année, de nombreuses tavernes seraient fermées mais on a eu la chance d'avoir la taverne du vassalia (la plus proche du logement) qui était ouverte et l'accueil était vraiment top ! Tous les conseils de visite du guide de Margarita sont également très précieux ! Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Merci beaucoup !

Irene was the impeccable host. Thee apartment was previous and is still occasionally her home , so it was in perfect working order with al the basics you require to cook, wash and feel comfortable. Irene went well beyond by driving us to Saint Simion church and spending some time with us which was delightful as she is a lovely and interesting lady. She also shares some of the customs and traditions of the island which made the stay there even more interesting for us. The location was quiet enough to enjoy the peace and views of the island with some amazing sunsets from the verandah. It was a short walk to the beach and to a bar and a lovely restaurant nearby called Argyros. at 10 minutes walk was the supermarket and the centre of town where there was a plethora of restaurants and coffee places, little shops and very affordable pottery. I would recommend the location and the house and particularly for small families.

A lovely authentic Sifnos home. The area, Artemonas is beautiful with some great restaurants within a very picturesque short walk. We cooked a lot of our dinners at home because we have 2 young children but walked into the town for ice cream in the evenings. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We hired a car to get around, beaches were about a 20 min drive with supermarkets and deli stops on the way home. Maro’s home was a great base for us with lovely outside areas to hang out in. There are some steep steps that also lead up to the roof which wasn’t too much of an issue for us but might be for younger children. We did miss a bath for the kids but they loved the resident cat(s!) All in all a really beautiful & lovely home, thank you ❤️

Unbelievable stay! Highly recommended! We had an absolutely incredible time at this Airbnb. The location is perfect. The views from the property are breathtaking, and the pool is an absolute 10/10! We loved spending time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the pool bar and loved the amazing food they serve – everything was super delicious. What made our stay even more special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!! :)

Lambrini nous a réservé un très bel accueil. Tout le monde a été tellement adorable avec nous Lambrini, sa sœur et leur tante. La maison est très joliment décorée et vraiment propre (très important pour moi). Elle est très bien située sur les hauteurs de Artemonas avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, les montagnes et sur la vallée. Encore un grand merci Lambrini ❤️😘 Nous reviendrons avec GRAND plaisir !

Wir haben eine Woche an diesem magischen Ort verbracht. Der Ausblick ist Einzigartig und die Unterkunft ist umso schöner, als man es auf den Bildern bereits erkennen kann. Sophie ist unfassbar freundlich und überraschte uns mit traditionellen Gebäck und Wein der Insel. In der Nähe ist ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Strand mit einer schönen Taverne direkt am Wasser. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wer auf der Insel maximale Ruhe & Entspannung wünscht und trotzdem mit dem Auto die Vielzahl an Restaurants und Stränden entdecken möchte, wird hier eine traumhafte Zeit verbringen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für alles.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean throughout, spacious, and offered a fabulous seaside view from both living room and bedroom balconies. Margarita was very friendly and responsive to our requests. There was a great restaurant next door with very friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Their moussaka is a must! I would highly recommend Margarita’s apartment for a stay in lovely Kamares.

Très bien situé! Location de véhicules juste de l’autre côté de la rue. L’appartement a un joli petit balcon à l’avant, l’hôte est très sympathique et nous a donnée plusieurs recommandations. Nous y retourneront!

We had a beautiful stay! It was a very well run airbnb with stunning views and clean apartment. We hired a car and were busy during the day and a great host to help us with all local recommendations

Très beau logement, moderne, décoré avec goût, très agréable, belle terrasse avec superbe vue, belle salle de bain, et facile d'accès (il faut marcher un peu depuis le port mais ça se fait facilement). Nous avons été bien accueillis par la personne en charge de la gestion de l'appartement. Des chats partout, qui ne rentrent pas dans l'appartement... grace aux moustiquaires !! Bref c'est un très bel endroit que nous recommandons. Ce n'est aucunement la faute de l'hôte mais nous n'avons pu profiter du logement que deux nuits au lieu de quatre du fait d'une grève des marins et l'absence de bateau pour arriver sur Sifnos. Nous avions pris l'assurance Airbnb mais les deux nuits n'ont finalement pas été prises en charge (les grèves ne sont pas couvertes...). J'aurais aimé avoir la possibilité d'annuler ces deux nuits et d'être remboursée d'une partie du montant avancé

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάρα πολύ φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, καθαρό και καινούργιο. Επιπλέον, βρισκόταν πάρα πολύ κοντά σε υπέροχη παραλία με εστιατόρια. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans le logement de Sofia avec mon mari et nos deux enfants de 4 ans et 9 mois. Le logement est idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à pied du port et des commerces (boulangerie, primeur, supermarché) et à 5 minutes à pied d’une superbe plage (eau transparente et plein d’arbres pour avoir de l’ombre). Le logement est spacieux et la chambre principale est très claire et lumineuse avec beaucoup de rangements. Sofia a été une hôte particulièrement attentionnée, elle nous a facilité la vie à de nombreuses reprises ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Par rapport au précédent commentaire sur les odeurs sur la terrasse, il est vrai que les chats du quartier sont très présents... pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants! Certaines mauvaises odeurs peuvent en effet être senties mais cela reste ponctuel et cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de la terrasse au moment des repas. Bref nous avons passé de bonnes vacances!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were welcomed by Katia who drove us up to the house. The house was perfect, nice Greek details around, clean and big enough for a family of 4. The view from the terrace on the harbor and the mountains was amazing. You can just hear the wind, boats and goats! The house is located on a steep hill but it's worth the view and silence! We were welcomed with local products and a house that has all the essentials to start your holiday. We never felt this kind of hospitality with other airbnb-bookings! We love to come back! George’s place is in a fantastic location. Very central and also close to the town beach. Check-in and out was very easy with great communication. The house was as described with a lovely terrace and very well equipped for cooking etc. Thanks George!
