The loft in the 360-degree country house has a panoramic view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one overlooks meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other overlooks our swimming pond on meadows and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, a kitchen and a dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with a large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

Via a shared entrance with the landlady, you can reach a cozy small apartment on the first floor with a sleeping niche in the living room, private bathroom and small kitchen. Surrounded by meadows, forest and old fruit trees, the farm is only 20 minutes by car from Lindau. It is also possible to book day trips with the landlord on site.

From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.
