In the middle of 5000m2 of greenery and olive trees countryside and absolute calm no opposite house on one level with a 12par4 pool including pool cover, outdoor summer kitchen relaxation area children's playground, boule court. 5 minutes from the beach and city center.(6km from the city center and beach. supermarket and bakery 4 minutes away)namely it is a top of the villa on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the bottom of the villa for seasonal rental too .(top of villa not overlooked )

Charming apartment of 37 sqm with mezzanine, located in Signes in a quiet residence. 10 minutes from Circuit Paul Ricard , near Bandol and Le Castellet village. The apartment includes a bright living room with seating area, mezzanine, equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine), sofa bed convertible into a 160 cm bed, and bathroom with shower. Very nice studio located in a secure residence offering excellent amenities. A large pool with sun loungers, pétanque court, and laundry facilities. This studio is ideally located, just 5 minutes from the famous Paul Ricard circuit and 10 minutes from the OK CORRAL amusement park. Also, enjoy the proximity to the charming village of Le Castellet and the seaside resorts of Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, and Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, which are accessible within 15 to 25 minutes.

Beautiful Provencal cottage with pool

Surrounded by Provençal hills, this 75 m² cottage is dressed in stone and has a generous terrace on the perimeter opening onto an unobstructed landscape overlooking the village. A private pool, with a waterfall cascading from a "restanque" allows you to cool off. Compliant with disability regulations, this cottage and its surroundings are fully accessible. Very well equipped, it has a plancha for grilling, for example, freshly caught fish. Come and enjoy!
