Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Non fumeur. Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour 1 personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. Plusieurs plaintes déposées à ce sujet :) Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie ménage fait MERCI

On a quiet road with no through traffic. Geneva-airport/Nyon 15 min by car. Public transport access ca20 min walk or by bike. Ideal for recreation & business. Good value in an expensive region.

On the ground floor of a newly renovated detached house, on the edge of the Jura Vaudois Nature Park. Ideal for walks, mountain biking, etc. Entrance and dedicated access path via a staircase, nice equipped garden. 15-minute ride to Nyon by train. 45 mins to Geneva (+ airport) / 30 mins by car). Train stop 5-minute walk. Close to Genolier Clinic, Paleo Well equipped, private garden, beautiful views of Lake Geneva, Geneva, and Mont Blanc. Very quiet.

The apartment has just been renovated and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Basic products are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house upon your arrival and park 1 min walk away

Free space in the underground parking lot, which is 50m from the accommodation. 10-minute walk to the train station. I live with my mother in the same building.

By prior arrangement, 1 paid parking space is available at the foot of the house. The charge is CHF 10/night. Payment must be made no later than the day of the Guest's arrival. Ideally located in the center of Divonne, a 2-minute walk from restaurants, shops, the lake and buses to Coppet and Nyon, this fully renovated 45 m² apartment welcomes you in a detached house with independent entrance. Bright and modern, it offers a spacious living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher), a comfortable bedroom and a shower room. Great for a pleasant stay between nature and amenities! Linens and towels are provided!

Lake Studio – Domaine de Belle-Ferme

The lake studio is located on the Belle-Ferme estate. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic building dating from the 19th century. The studio has a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a cozy seating area with its pellet stove and a nice space for your meals. On sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. The apartment offers a magnificent view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Possibility to visit the estate.

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
