After returning from your getaways in Périgord, you will enjoy the general air conditioning and its shaded terrace it is designed for 1 to 4 people as it is equipped with 2 bathrooms you can use the elevator if needed

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

House rental with a private pool

On the ground floor, you enter an airlock. A staircase leads you into the kitchen with a seating area (with sofa bed), dining room and south-facing pool access! On the second floor you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with separate shower room. From the bedroom, a loggia overlooks the pool. (Please note that for very tall people, a beam can be a nuisance.) On the terrace you can enjoy a relaxing time with sun loungers, a table and a barbecue.
