Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela" the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. We look forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and are available to all guests with advice and assistance in planning and implementing tours!

Davennablick, exclusive 80 m² apartment, large garden

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Apartment Bludenz - modern, quiet & office free

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Chalet-Aloha

Welcome to Chalet-ALOHA ALOHA means kindness, peace, joy of life, love and appreciation in Hawaiian. I would like to invite you to this and offer you a cozy home. The chalet is located in the village center. In 5 minutes by foot you can reach: a village shop, inn, bus stop, swimming pool. It is a 15-minute walk to the river. In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view from your cozy apartment, surrounded by a magnificent mountain landscape, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A high-quality facility with many loving details awaits you. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with adjoining bright, modern living area awaits cooking artists. Two bedrooms with double beds invite you to restful nights. In summer, a cozy seating area is at the disposal of our guests.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Life Arlberg! Welcome to the new family apartment house "Am Gehren" in Warth. The house is situated in a quite lonely surrounding near to an wild river. You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

Mini-Villa im Grünen und doch zentral. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub, um im Appenzellerland zu entspannen und St.Gallen und Appenzell zu erkunden. Haus Tschuga is located above the Silbertal at 1100 m. We offer the ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer or for skiing or ski tours in winter.
