There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Our home is close to the lake and forest and there are good opportunities for hiking and cycling. You can also use the mountain bike trails in the forests, as well as kayak and paddleboard from the boat bridge in our garden.

Welcome to Fyrrehøjen, a great location in the lovely Lighthouse Quarter in Virklund. The apartment is the 1st floor of our 200 sqm house. The apartment has a separate entrance. We live in the house on the ground floor, and on a daily basis, the 1st floor is also in use occasionally. From the house there is 10 minute walk to the forest. 900 meters to Thorsøbadet 300 meters to two good playgrounds. 1.1 km to Brugsen (shopping) and the city's beautiful communal park with playground, pump track, fire hut, etc. 5 km to Silkeborg C

Cozy guest house with kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor and two living rooms with a bed and room on the first floor. There is plenty of space and great views. Original stand with old carpets and a few punctured windows. The location is top notch for bike and hiking in the Lake Highlands. 5 km to Himmelbjerget through the forest. 1.5 km to Ry station and the cozy harbor. The stairs are steep but with doors that can be closed if there are small children. We have had many great vacation experiences with airbnb and want to welcome!

Small annex located in the garden. There is a bathroom, a loft and living room with a small kitchenette. The kitchen includes hot plates and combination oven, as well as a coffee maker. Hemsen has a great view, especially in the evening where beautiful sunsets and stars can be seen. There are 2 mattresses on the loft, and the possibility of a third. There is a sofa bed in the living room where two people can sleep. It is possible to borrow an air mattress and travel bed, just write. Note, there is NO wifi coverage.

Welcome to our cozy forest summerhouse. The house offers 2 bedrooms with double bed and 3/4 bed respectively. In addition, a loft with 2 single beds. The heart of the house is a sofa and dining room in open connection with the kitchen. Outside there is a large terrace with gas grill, which can be used freely. In the forest, there are nice trails along a stream, just as Gudenåen is nearby. We are open to long term rent for different price. Write if you want bed linen and towels. Costs 100 DKK per man.

Private villa in scenic surroundings close to the Silkeborg lakes and forest. Family-friendly house and garden with plenty of opportunity for play and relaxation. Close to a large playground in a quiet neighborhood. The house is divided into an adult section and a children's section. In the garden, there is a trampoline, shelter, hammocks, sandbox and a large greenhouse. We have 5 chickens in the garden and 2 cats that you are welcome to pet. It is possible to charge an electric car through a Tesla charger.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" hygge with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗
