The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

All shops at the foot of the building: bus stop, Cinema, Auditorium, Restaurants, Swimming pool; 15 minutes from Annecy by bus. Nonglard is a very quiet little village 12 km from Annecy. I am retired, so available to welcome and advise you. Check-in time is flexible. The grounds are enclosed, accessed by electric gate.
