The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. The parking is very close to the apartment. Contact us for anything.

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

Novo uređeni stan u Crikvenici udaljen 150 metara od mora nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće s posebni prilazom. Stan je novo renoviran 2023. godine. Sastoji se od prostrane, dobro opremljene kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom i blagovaonom sa stolom za šest osoba. Obje spavaće sobe imaju pogled na more te izlaz na balkon.
