Very nice apartment with great views of the mountains. Very quiet location. 20 min. drive from Bergün - 30 min. from Davos.

Perfect for a weekend stay. About a 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Small shop and a couple of restaurants nearby. Host was very communicative. Thank you.

We loved our stay! It’s a charming location, with beautiful views from the terrace and all of the windows. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the place. Both rooms are a good size, especially the master. We loved how the location felt like you were a local, with a trattoria within a few minutes on feet (make reservations). Perfect spot to explore the lake!

Perfect location to be able to move around centrally, everything can be reached on foot or by bus next to it. Everything was described perfectly and simply. We were able to enjoy the week superbly!

Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

The place was lovely and in a beautiful location. Anna and Elisabetta was really quick in responding and friendly. The place is so calm - it was a really peaceful holiday. The place is next to a cafe, to the lake, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdressers, laundrette, what more do you want? Going to miss waking up to this view!

Thank you so much for the really perfect place Located in the middle of nature, our children had a lot of fun and will remember this vacation for a long time. We enjoyed the perfectly equipped house (fully equipped kitchen, really nothing!). You are at the top of the mountain and have a great view. Hiking trails invite you to walk. There are no shops within walking distance. Aurora gave us tips on where to do errands. She was also easily accessible for any questions. When checking in and checking out, we were very accommodating, which made it much easier for us to arrive and leave because of the children. Thank You!

Our family recently stayed at an apartment in Tremezzo on Lake Como, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the lake. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The peaceful surroundings and convenient location made our stay even more enjoyable. very nice apartment, spacious and with wonderful view from the terrace and the garden, and lots of light in the rooms. Well equipped, with good washing machine and dishwasher, and a lot of cleaning equipment. A few details could improve (add a new frying pan, an extra kitchen rug and a waste bin in the bathroom), but we had all we needed for a great stay for a family of three. Beds were OK. The way to the building is narrow,only one car fits, but we never met any car coming the opposite way. A big plus of this place compared to others in Perledo is that it has its own garage and you don't have to use the public parkings along the road that may be full. This is important as you need a car, there is nothing at easy walking distance. hosts are kind and responsive. we had very good communication. we would be glad to come back!

House surrounded by nature with beautiful garden. Easy to reach ,a great solution for those who want to relax and enjoy walks in the tranquility of the trails easily reachable on foot. Very kind host, absolutely recommended. We spent 3 wonderful days with our dog who loved the large garden and the quiet context of the surrounding mountains.

We had a lovely stay in this very cozy house with an amazing view of the mountains. The decor is charming and gave the place a warm, homie feel. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms—everything was thoughtfully prepared. A great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings!

Check-in was very easy and explained very well by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook. We can especially recommend breakfast downstairs at the hotel! 😊

We stayed at this beautiful house while traveling through eastern Switzerland to visit works by Peter Zumthor, and the experience became one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip. Staying in a home designed by Rudolf Olgiati was truly extraordinary. The house exceeded all our expectations — it was not only beautifully and thoughtfully designed, but also impeccably maintained, giving us the warm feeling of being at home. Through the wide windows, we could clearly feel Olgiati’s architectural intention — the seamless connection between the interior space and the surrounding landscape. Simply being in this space made our stay deeply meaningful. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and thanks to his thoughtful hospitality, we were able to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our journey. This place is a true hidden gem, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves architecture or seeks a peaceful and inspiring stay.

We had a lovely stay in Dervio thanks in part to the nice apartment. Quiet and super clean. Everything is available, so that I cooked myself for an evening.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

The Appartement was really great. It was clean and the perfect location for trips around lake como. We will definitely come again. The parking in front of the apartment was perfect, even with a bigger car.
