Apartment with a superb view of the lake, right in the heart of Menaggio and a 3min walk from the ferry departures. Very nice on-site parking but attention for small car (type SUV or sedan not possible). Well equipped, very clean, and quiet apartment. Baby cot and high chair provided by Marco, everything was perfect for our stay with our two daughters 4 and 1.5 years old! Marco is a very responsive and available host. Self check-in by key box. If we have to return to Lake Como, we are definitely staying here again!

Absolut perfect stay, great directions, flexible check out and Stefania is very responsive for questions or any information needed. The appartment is great equipment, there is everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 can only reccomend, thanks a lot again.

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is perfectly located right on the lake, with stunning views from the lookout. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from the kitchen to the bathroom essentials. Check-in was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with chocolates, sparkling wine, and fresh flowers — such a thoughtful touch. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Varenna, but the walk is beautiful and well worth it. Plus, there’s a fantastic restaurant just across the road. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

A charming apartment with views of Come Lake. Emanuela is super available, welcoming and responsive. The apartment is very well equipped, well suited for a family with 2 children and very close to a pier and the greenway for hiking. We recommend it!

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Had 4 fantastic nights at Andrea’s place, what a view! He was helpful in so many ways - lots of great local recommendations, the place was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely! We would definitely want to come and stay again at some point! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Maurizio's! He was very communicative and shared helpful information in advance of our arrival. He also met us at the house when we arrived to show us how to use the appliances, etc. The house has everything you need (e.g., well-equipped kitchen) and was very comfortable (nice bedding, towels, etc.). The view is even better in person than pictured. We had rain all but one day of our stay and even in the rain it was stunning. If you have nice weather, the property is a short walk to a beach and playground with great views and access to bars/restaurants. We also had a lovely lunch at Il Crotto, which is a short walk away and had excellent gelato at Gelateria Artigianale Al Pontile every day. Highly recommend Maurizio's place for a peaceful and stunning vacation!

A wonderful getaway in a wildly romantic setting with nice hosts.

Very convenient place, close to the train station and the ferry station. One of the bathroom was quite small, but the other bathroom was good. Definitely would recommend for the location! Easy check in process.

Bobby’s place is in a unique, gorgeous location with a great view. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well equipped and Bobby clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome.

Amazing to stay in such a grand building right by lake

We were a few days with our family after the new year. It is a duplex penthouse with wonderful views of Lake Lugano. The place is super quiet and very very beautiful. The house is comfortable and has all the things you might need. It has a magnificent terrace. There are bikes and kayaks to be able to use . Nicola was our contact and was super friendly and helpful and suggested excellent places to eat in the area. I hope I can come back sometime in spring and summer and be able to make the most of this little paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute apartment while staying in Bellano! It is in a great walkable location from the train/ferry station. It also has a spectacular view! Maurizio was a very attentive and kind host who provided clear instructions on how to check-in and even gave us a tour of the building and apartment when we arrived. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Lake Como!

A very nice apartment with your feet in the water with a great view. A very good location to easily visit Lake Milan the Borromean Islands Lake Lugano ... We would highly recommend this dream location.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed the time in Churwalden. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room very cozy and also otherwise it has everything you need in the apartment. Our son especially liked the ping pong table in the basement. We can only recommend the apartment. The location is good and the apartment is also easily accessible by public transport. The communication with Bernadette has been very easy and straightforward. We will be happy to come back.

The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The house is so peaceful, beautiful and comfortable for our family holiday. Surprisingly the house has a cellar with some lovely wine which we kept as souvenir!

We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
