Off-street parking in driveway. Easy walk to public trans, and a robust array of markets, dining & shopping options. 2 sump pumps run when raining -the upside is it can sound like sleeping near a brook. The open ceiling is reasonable but be mindful if over 6'. I live upstairs. A locked door separates floors.
