Appartamento di design nel cuore di Cabras. Creato dalla ristrutturazione di una tipica casa campidanese in cui la tipicità è fusa col design e comodità attuali. La casa presenta 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno, una cucina attrezzata con piano induzione, lavastoviglie, microonde, un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto, una zona pranzo, un disimpegno con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tutti gli ambienti, compreso il bagno, sono climatizzati. Viene fornita la biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
