The neighborhood is residential and pleasant, with local shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket) 8 min walk, as well as a pizzeria at the end of the street. Simiane TER station (13 min walk) directly connects Aix and Marseille. • Bedroom with a queen size bed. • An additional room exists but has not yet been renovated.
