Holiday rentals in Simonds Parish

Sara’s cottage was exactly as advertised and perfect for our small reunion of life long friends. The kitchen, hot tub and bathroom were very clean. The yard was spacious and beautiful with great access to the lake. Beds were very comfortable. The indoor wood stove was very appreciated for both ambiance and heat. My only issue was the small size of the stove for cooking dinner for 5. It was difficult to fit multiple pots and pans on the burners and one pan came very close to falling off the stove. This is less of a complaint about the space itself and more of a planning issue (would utilize the oven more or plan one pot meal etc). Overall great night spent in comfort with easy check in and lovely surroundings. We would definitely come back in the future.

Imagine waking up to the birds chirping, sipping your freshly ground coffe in the hot tub overlooking a beautiful little lake. This is the perfect little staycation. Even child friendly for our little 7 month old! Beautiful property and spot intended to make you feel refreshed and rejuvinated. Instructions for the location were very clear and the space is beautifully decorated with all that you'd need and more (coloring, books and games). Hosts were very responsive and prompt. Will definitely stay again during warmer months to fully enjoy all that the property has to offer:-)

Tracey’s apartment never fails to impress at all levels. On sunny days, the place becomes alive with sun rays filtering through. At night you can experience the most amazing sunsets. Thank you Tracey for going out of your way to accommodate me. I hope I can travel again in the spring and stay over for another week or so.

Victoria and Scott’s place is beautiful. It is clean, comfortable, beautiful decor, and great location! Check-in is easy and the hosts are friendly and responsive. The beds are comfortable. They have thought of all the extras, too! This is a the place to stay if you are looking to stay in downtown Fredericton. We will definitely book again! Thank you Victoria and Scott!

Loves our stay at Vista! The view was gorgeous, cabin was very clean and cozy, and location was central and easy to walk to town! We will definitely be back! Nick was very responsive and friendly!

Julie's place was wonderful. What a peaceful place to watch the tides go in and out. The sunsets were beautiful. Great location for exploring the area. Can't wait to return.

A good spot to stay overnight to check out the area (Alma, Cape Enrage, Mary’s Point, Fundy). Had everything we needed for. Spot to make dinner and sleep. Beach across the road is beautiful, although quite steep to get down to.

The stay at Roberta's was wonderful, the location is amazing! Seeing the low and high tides (30+ feet) was insane. The airbnb was well stocked and supplied with everything we might need during our stay such as dish soap, towels, puzzles, and other things we failed to think of bringing when packing for this trip.

Robert and Kim's place couldn't have been a better place to seek peace and tranquility in the beauty of the Bay of Fundy. It was my splurge to myself and it exceeded my expectations. From the spotlessly clean interior, to the stunningly beautiful surroundings, to the majestic sunsets and wildlife (I saw two bald eagles!), I can only hope to return one day to soak it all up again. It was the perfect spot for my own writing retreat. Thank you Robert and Kim for sharing this little piece of paradise with us!
