Spacious apartment with 65m² for 2 people(short. 2 nights 3 pers), with living room (80cm SAT TV, Wi-Fi) incl. Wood-burning stove (wood provided), kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, tub and wama. Reachability: To the A45 motorway (4km), a train station is available in the village. The apartment is located in the basement of a detached family house with garden including separate access via the private terrace. There is a barbecue area, table, chairs. A toddler travel crib may be available upon request.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in the apartment in a quiet southern hillside with magnificent views right on the edge of the forest. On a total of approx. 70 square meters, it offers a large living room with dining area and TV, a large bedroom with TV as well as a second bedroom, kitchen and bathroom/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with the usual household appliances (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery). In the garden, there is a sunny terrace.

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

This property is located in the middle of the pretty and historic Herborn city center directly on the market square. Despite its proximity to the city center, it is also quiet.
