Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not too far away. The city of Rotterdam, which is popular for tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

In the utility room, there is a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a lovely spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom features a Swiss Sense box spring.
