The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Verderop in deze gang bevindt zich de badkamer die uitsluitend bestemd is voor de gasten van vakantiestudio. Het einde van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin en een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Studio de 30m2 très lumineux entièrement rénové fin 2021 avec balcon. Nous l’avons pensé comme nous souhaiterions être reçus 😉 Café, thé, biscuit…et même une petite bière à l’occasion ! Il se situe au 2étage d'une maison située à 2min à pieds de la gare des Guillemins (idéal si vous venez en train!) où vous pourrez profiter d'une véritable vie de quartier tout en étant proche de tous les transports et du centre-ville.

Best location in the center of town. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located on the Leopold park. 50m from the Century, the place to be with its large (heated) terraces. The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the station. Big market is just 1 minute walk through the King Albert street. (the shopping street) We offer a free fitness day pass at I fitness in the TT district, a 5-min. walk.

The room is really cozy, walk-in shower, toilet and kitchenette, all entirely private. (total area = 25 m²). Private pool to share with us in season.
