Quiet split level farm home w/ garage parking

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

Welcome to our quiet, country home situated only 2 miles east of the Sioux Falls city limit and just south of State Highway 42, along the Big Sioux River. It is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Sioux Falls. We are minutes away from Willow Run Golf Course, Grand Falls Casino and Riverview Barn. You’ll love our place because of the quiet, comfortable location and the views of the countryside. Our upstairs Carriage House is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Private Home for your rest and leisure!

My place is close to the airport and right off of interstate I-90.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the family friendly neighborhood.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids),I live in the country so my WIFI is a MIFI JET PACK .. so it’s not perfect so if you need to work or depend on wifi it may not be a good fit unless you have unlimited WIFI . and as of 2022 i am no longer allowing pets.

This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Downtown is also very close for local businesses, coffee shops, and grocery store.

Quiet neighborhood, hot tub, nature reserve

Beautiful new home with nature reserve out back. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or in the hot tub and watch the ducks and geese as they fly into the pond. Lots of room for families to spread out and plenty to keep the kids interested including wifi, entertainment center, and you can even catch fish in the pond out back. Two beds and lots of comfy couches suitable for both children and adults.

Remodeled 1921 Charmer with King Bed

The house is close to Sanford Hospital, Augustana University, University of Sioux Falls, Avera Hospital and the Midco Aquatic Center. Its also a short drive to the downtown area. You’ll love this home because of its character. It was built in 1921, but freshly remodeled nearly a century later in 2020!
