We like to call this cottage Germaine, named after the previous owners wife. We live next door, so if you need anything, were just a knock away! This cottage was a labor of love and is fully renovated. It comes with all new plumbing, electrical, appliances, insulation, HVAC system, tankless water heater, and more. The house was built in 1940 so we modernized the home while staying true to the era. Germaine has one queen bed and a double size pull out couch. Two adults is a comfortable fit.

Welcome to Sioux City North KOA! We bring camping fun to a whole new level. We have 5 primitive cabins on property. Restrooms are located at the front office, Pets are welcome for a one time fee of $25. this fee will be collected at the time of arrival. Please note that linens are not provided in this rental. We do offer linens for a fee of $30 available upon arrival. Please note that there is a $5 visitor fee per person per day for any guest not registered on the reservation.
