We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. Very clean and well located accommodation close to bus lines and the metro to reach the main monuments of Rome. The accommodation is very close to a train station that allows you to get directly from the airport in 40 minutes. A few very good restaurants and ice cream parlors in the neighborhood. Really good host. Super responsive and pro-active to make sure everything goes smoothly.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

I recommend everyone stay here. Beautiful house with everything you need for your stay. The lady was super kind, she made us find water and milk in the fridge and a super cake made by her for breakfast. Top-level cleanliness. The area is very quiet, nearby there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacies. Easy to get to the center of Perugia by car. We had a great time as if we were at home. If we were to return to Perugia, I would have no doubt: I would definitely come back here.
