Beautiful hidden gem in the historic area of Merida. Our favorite hangout spot was the atrium since it was so peaceful . Everything was clean which is always welcome especially with a young family. Great restaurants and museums are close by. Definitely recommended.

So happy that we have found this place ! We stayed almost 6 weeks at this beautifull house. The 3 rooms are just nearly perfect honestly, even if nothing is. We cooked A LOT so the kitchen well equiped was a must for us ! At any moment we could rely on Manuel for anything from help to solving stuff with the house ! We were all alone for the full duration of our trip so it was very intimate and quiet. The pool and the place near the sea was our playground with the kids :) Know that there is a big contruction site next to the house. At start we were a bit scared for many reasons but mexican workers were not to loud during our stay. Keith is responsive and he made us feel like our well being was important for him !

It was a trip of friends, the house was in perfect condition, super clean, the kitchen very complete with all the appliances you can imagine, we did a barbecue, the grill is gas so super great, the rooms very clean and super beautiful, my friends congratulated me for the excellent accommodation that you book since it has different areas to live together and with board games, you don't have to bring anything, it has bath towels, beach towels, inflatables for the pool in case you bring children, beach folding chairs, everything very complete. Mike was very kind, it was not necessary to disturb him during our stay because everything was perfect and in perfect condition.

We had a magical week in the ocean front beach house! The house was beautiful, spacious with lots of privacy and lovely spaces to hang out. We spent many hours at the beach swimming and birdwatching and enjoying the sand. The outdoors were mostly free of mosquitos expect the early evening and early mornings, so we were able to eat outside and enjoy the pool as well. The recommendations for Pamela for cooking and Rolando for the tours I think is a must. We spoke to them in our bad spanish with help via google translate which was sometimes difficult but so worth it. Pamela's cooking is superb and the tours we took with Rolando (Boat/Kayak trip to Ojo de Agua & Flamingo tour) were exquisite, memorable and must-dos. The roads to and from Sisal is tricky and if you're renting a car it does feel a bit like off-roading. We got one flat tire while we were there (there is a guy in Sisal who fixes flats). Mario & Patrick were very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

We really liked the stay in the apartment, everything was very clean, it felt safe and comfortable, the only thing we would add would be a TV in the room, everything else was very good :)

Shauna was very kind. She greeted us with apples. The place is the same as the publication, it is very nice and comfortable.

A great place to relax!, I would definitely come back!

Loved this place and agree with other reviews that the pictures don’t do it justice. Ocean was beautiful, the kids loved the pool, house was great. Location made for a great location for going on other adventures, would love to come back.
