This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. A few important things first. Absolutely No Checking In After 9PM**** (outside primitive heated shower) Bring your towel. Not suitable for under 12 children or pets. 2 person max. No music. No Pets. Now the good stuff. Amazing Mt views. AC & Heat. Mini fridge-freezer, coffee pot, and microwave. Shared shower and composting toilet with our Yurts. Queen bed. Fire pit, grill with utensils, drinking water, dishwashing station, and a picnic table all at the site. Very private. 30 mins from GNP.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

Brick Haven Villa-No pets

This is an older home that has been remodeled/partially renovated. Not perfect but cozy. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rules!
