Spacious with plenty of space in both the living room and kitchen. On the large terrace, you can enjoy a barbecue and outdoor fireplace with a view. Canoe (2.5 people can be rented)

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Experience authentic cottage atmosphere in an original 1977 wooden house with enclosed garden with the scent of heather and spruce. Here, it is not far to the sea, where at the tip of Odden you can see both sunrise and sunset and choose your beach according to wind and needs. Nature is beautiful and the garden often has deer and pheasants. We have a brand new wilderness bath, a large buried trampoline, a swing set, a campfire, lots of shelter and cozy places in the garden.

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Cozy little cottage in the middle of green tranquility and wild nature. The garden is teeming with butterflies, criss-crossed by paths and featuring a fire pit – plus a trampoline that can accommodate both children and adults (currently packed away). Within walking distance to the beach on both sides of Gniben and only 5 minutes by car to Havnebyen where there are restaurants and Zealand's best fish shop. All in all, a place to settle down. Perfect for a couple or family.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
