The house is beautifully located in a quiet area with only 200m to the beach and 400m to the family park Farmfun. The house is 150m2 and consists of 5 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, large kitchen/living room/living room and charming lounge with sofa furniture, high bar and outdoor kitchen. Width doors at both ends of the lounge can be opened, so the room becomes an integral part of the large terraces surrounding the house. 50m2 covered terrace allows for playing table tennis. In the garden there is a trampoline and plenty of space for activity

The house is very cozy and contains a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator and stove. 2.5 km to food shopping There is bed linen. Max 10 km to forest and beach. There is no television. The house is heated with a wood stove. Electricity meter is read at the start and at departure. No smoking in the house.

Super nice and very well maintained Skagenshus with a great location, lovely surroundings and an exciting history. The vacation home sleeps 9 people. Beautiful, enclosed courtyard and a few hundred meters from Skagen Sønderstrand. The house was originally built in 1885 by a local fisherman named Ole Markstrøm and completely renovated in 2023. Outdoors, the holiday home has a nice, enclosed and sheltered courtyard furnished with garden furniture. Here, you can enjoy the summer days outdoors from morning to evening.
