At our neighboring farm Valla Gård you can now stay in the "Loft", an apartment decorated up in the stable's old grain loft. Here, the style is a little Aspen-inspired with brown glazed new wooden walls while a gable wall has been allowed to maintain its original boardboards. Also the old grain staircase is preserved which makes the upstairs master bedroom less suitable for small children, but very cozy for anyone who has a steeper staircase. 2 bedrooms with room for up to five people, private kitchen, bathroom and living room.

The apartment is located in the city center close to the University, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops - making it easy to plan your stay. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. The laundry room is in the basement, it is accessed via the garden in the left part of the house - seen from the garden Some furniture has changed since the photos were taken

Fully equipped loft. There is a larger living room with rooftop garbage both to the north and south. Open floor plan that appears in the pictures. Fresh shower/toilet. Kitchen with oven and induction stove. A small red cast iron stove if you want to snuggle up after a lovely fall or winter walk. Double bed (two folded 90 beds) in the living room. There's also a smaller 90-bed in a nook. In the bedroom there is a 120- and a 90-bed. Also crib available. Bus stop is 300 meters away. Wonderful walking paths!

Completely newly built and newly decorated apartment bright and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with stunning views of the fields. On the farm there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop pastry shop, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Fantastic beaches only 5-10 mins. away. Beautiful countryside, nature reserves, art galleries, antique & interior design, fleamarkets and critically acclaimed bakeries & restaurants all in close proximity. Fresh bread & yummy stuff at Olof Victors down the street or dine at Pasta Fabriken 3 min walk.

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. You also have a small balcony and access to an outdoor patio under the balcony. Located close to E20, Center Syd (a shopping centre), Barsebäcks golf course, and the ocean.

The 60 m² apartment at a height of 6 meters is perfect for relaxing as a couple. When the weather permits, we sit together in the evening by the large campfire. Our property has 20 hectares of fenced pasture and forests and invites you to take extensive walks.
