Det här är lite som att bo i båt - en vanlig kommentar vi fått! Studion är relativt nybyggd, matplats för sex, komplett kök, badrum med tvättmaskin och två sovrum med tydligt marin känsla i New Englandsstil. Planlösningen är öppen men sovrummet med dubbelsängen har ändå en viss avskildhet. Bakom en massiv teakdörr från ett Simrishamnsfartyg finns en sovalkov med fyra enkelsängar med draperier att dra för. Sängplatserna har läslampor och eluttag för laddning. Laddbox för elbil. Bastu och pool.

Nära till restauranger, minigolf och tennisbanor. 4 vuxencyklar finns att låna. De finns även strandleksaker, kubb, strandstolar, och grill. Städning ingår ej utan stugan lämnas städad och i samma fina skick som när man checkar in.
