A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

The beach, Skanörs or Falsterbos, is no more than a minute's bike path away, as are the golf courses. The property consists of two buildings; one building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. The second one has three bedrooms, all with separate entrance and great storage options as well as a bathroom with washing machine. You have access to the whole house and whole garden when you rent.
