Right next to Kärleksstigen (Love's Path) in the middle of classic Falsterbo is this charming and fresh summer house. The beach, Skanörs or Falsterbos, is no more than a minute's bike path away, as are the golf courses. The property consists of two buildings; one building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. The second one has three bedrooms, all with separate entrance and great storage options as well as a bathroom with washing machine. You have access to the whole house and whole garden when you rent.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.
