The house has a patio with both a grill, outdoor dining table and a lounge sofa. Laundry room with both washing machine and dryer is available if you would like to rent for a longer period. Close to the beach, golf courses and the riding stadium, this tiny house is set in a garden behind a villa, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a busstop 100 m away, and also parking on the street if you come by car. There is a small bench and table outside if you would like to eat or drink coffee in the garden on warmer days. There is a lockbox for convenient self-check-in. Supermarket about 10-15 min walking distance.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Semi-detached house of 120 sqm in central Falsterbo, with walking distance to grocery store, beach, golf course and bus to Malmö. Three bedrooms upstairs: 1 room with a king size bed 1 room with a queen size bed 1 room with two single beds that can be pulled out to double beds In addition to this, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short-term rental, maximum 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not large but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests in it.
