Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med en våningssäng, 120 samt 90 cm breda sovplatser samt ett pentry. En toalett med handfat samt ett separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Lakan och handdukar ingår.
