Newly-renovated house in central Skanör close to both Skanör city center and Skanör harbor. A stone's throw away is also the nice beach that Skanör is very famous for. The house has a patio with both a grill, outdoor dining table and a lounge sofa. Laundry room with both washing machine and dryer is available if you would like to rent for a longer period. The house also has a separate summer guest house with two extra beds that, however, cannot be used during the winter months If you have any questions, just let me know!

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

If you arrive by car, there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of an electric car charger and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. It is the perfect retreat for true animal lovers. Designed for two people, the Nest has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bed 140x200 and a view into the riding arena, where you can watch the activity. I think of it as our safari room.
