Fresh and cozy cottage of 32 m² in Skanör within walking distance of stunning beaches and bathing. The cottage has a living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette with hob, fridge and microwave. There is also a bedroom with 2 beds and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, you will find garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. NOTE! Week 28 (8th-14th of July): Falsterbo Horse Show 6500: - Nearby: Grocery store, drugstore, bathing, bank, bus stop, rent a bike, fishing, football, golf, sea, playground, mini Golf, restaurant, riding, indoor pool, forest, beach, liquor store, tennis and hiking. Guesthouse near the sea

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

Welcome to our lovely garden house in Skanör, close to some of Sweden’s best beaches. The guesthouse is fully equipped with most things you would need and you have free parking on our driveway just outside. In summer you have access to garden furniture and a small bbq.
