There are several reception rooms and a large garden. The cottage is ideally positioned to explore Gower and it's lovely beaches, walks and bike rides. Welcome to our home overlooking Mumbles + Swansea Bay. Sleeping 5 in main house and 2 in additional annexe. This is the perfect base for families travelling together. Romantic home a few minutes from the seafront.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Cosy 2 bed house in a great location. The house is close to all amenities including the city centre, Swansea university, the Gower, Mumbles, Singleton hospital, the parks and more. The house is light, airy and modern. It has recently been updated and decorated with a new log burner added. It has a South facing garden which is a nice little sun trap. It is ideal for a staycation, a weekend break or a short term rental. A real home away from home.
