An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Small cozy cottage by the lake

Enjoy peace and quiet; book a tranquil, scenic and peaceful accommodation right by the lake. Views of nature, the lake and birdlife. Take the path around the headland to the jetty for a swim. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe you can rent on site. Sauna 500kr, boat or canoe 200kr. If you have time, you can book a massage and buy ceramics in my studio The cottage is located close to a nature reserve and a hiking and cycling trail. Fishing licenses are needed for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 min to Simlångsdalen, 20 min to Halmstad

Modern house near the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Relax in newly built villa in the countryside! The house is located at height facing south and has three nice bedrooms, each with a double bed and AC. The main bedroom also has a bunk bed. The house can accommodate up to 8 persons. There is small spa bath, deck, charcoal grill, Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, TV and free electric car charging The house has a separate toilet, a tiled bathroom, open kitchen/living room as a lovely living area with lovely fireplace and laundry room. No parties, kick-off or work/conferences allowed.

Beach apartment

Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.

Attractive location on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 200 meters to a lovely sandy beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), demarcated plot for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-fired sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen and fresh bathroom. 40 minutes Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Välkommen till vårt härliga boende på Skrea strand i Falkenberg på drygt 80 m². Huset är på 60 m² med öppen planlösning för kök, vardagsrum samt 2 sovrum och ett litet badrum. Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.

Our "farmhouse" is located between Falkenberg and Halmstad overlooking the Suseån valley, fields and meadows. In the immediate area there are plenty of lovely farm shops, local growers and cozy cafes. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarps beach 1.5 miles to Falkenberg 25 km to Halmstad 4.5 miles to Ullared A place to stay for those who want something special! Bed linens and towels are brought. Cleaning supplies are available, but cleaning is done by the guests. No smoking inside!

Hey! My little red tiny house is located in the Swedish forests of Halland. So if you love it really quiet and close to nature, this is the right place. Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.

The house has a sauna, outdoor shower among ferns and spa pool with a view/sunset that you never get tired of. The house is located in close proximity to the property owner's home.
