Unser geräumiges Wohnhaus im oberen Teil der Chora Skyros (unterhalb des Klosters) bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Pers. (ca. 90m2) Unser Haus umfast 2 Stockwerke und ist im traditionellem skyrianischem Stil erbaut, welcher sich durch offene Schlafgelegenheiten (Sfa), Holzverkleidungen und Holzschnitzereien auszeichnet, diese werden noch heute auf der Insel von Holzschnitzern in Handarbeit hergestellt. Im Erdgeschoß (42m2) befindet sich der Wohn- und Essbereich. Der Wohnbereich wird durch Sofas, den traditionellen Kupfertellern, der örtlichen Keramik und einem offenen Kamin zum gemütlichem Mittelpunkt unseres geräumigen Hauses. Der Essbereich ist ein offener Raum mit Sitz/Essgelegenheit, vollausgestatteter Küche mit Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank und einem Zugang zum Hof, welcher mit einem Glyzinienüberwachsenen Blätterdach Schatten spendet und ein lauschiges Plätzchen zum Erholen bietet. Die Ausrichtung nach Westen bietet eine schöne Aussicht über das Dorf und die umliegenden Hügel. 2 traditionelle offene Galerien (Sfa - 20m2) im ersten Stock bieten geräumige Schlafgelegenheiten, wobei das eine Sfa mit einer Doppelmatratze (ca.140m) sowie das andere mit 2 Einzelmatratzen (100m) ausgestattet ist. Sie haben jeweils offenen Blick (Rollos als Sichtschutz vorhanden) in den Wohn-Essbereich hinunter, Einbauschränke und ein WC/Bad mit kleiner Badewanne. Das Obergeschoß (30m2) ist mit kleiner Küchenzeile, WC/Dusche, einem offenen Kamin und einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (ca.160m) ausgestattet. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon, dessen westliche Ausrichtung eine herrliche Aussicht über das gesamte Dorf bis zum Meer bietet, und einer Veranda (11m2 und südlicher Ausrichtung) mit schönem Blick auf das Dorf und das oberhalb gelegene St. Georg's Kloster. Unser Haus kann monatlich-oder wöchentlich gemietet werden. Wir bietet einen Wäsche-und Reinigungsservice einmal die Woche an. Entfernungen: 7min. zu Fuß zum Hauptplatz des Dorfes (kleine enge Gassen) 3min. zu Fuß zum Eingang des Klosters und der Burg 20min. zu Fuß zum Meer Parkmöglichkeit: Parkplatz 50m entfernt
