Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

The large sun terrace is for long days in the sun, and an extensive garden invites you to play and have fun, while a practical outdoor shower is perfect for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

(Will follow in English) Fantastisk charmerende sommerhus, med eminent beliggenhed! Følelsen af at stå på dækket af et skib, da havet og skøn strand er 4 meter nede for huset. Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores skønne sommerhus. Man ser både de smukkeste solopgange og solnedgange fra huset.
