Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

Charming three-acre property, beautifully located on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, with a sandy beach and a cosy local harbour. An 80 m2 apartment with an open-plan living room/kitchen and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with care, including windows painted with linseed oil, oak timber frame, paper wool insulation, etc. Waste sorting and recycling are important to us, so we optimise raw materials and resources for future generations.

Located just a few minutes' walk from Kelstrup beach (about 150 m), it offers the perfect setting for your holiday. The large sun terrace is for long days in the sun, and an extensive garden invites you to play and have fun, while a practical outdoor shower is perfect for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. In addition, approx. 3.5 km to the beautiful Stillinge beach, restaurant and ice cream parlour. NOT FOR RENTAL FOR PARTIES.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Apartment in a larger villa.

You have the opportunity to rent a small apartment, with its own entrance, private bathroom, small kitchenette and living room. The apartment is part of the house, where we live upstairs with our children. You can sit outside and enjoy the garden and the chickens. Your family will be close to everything, and you can walk to Slagelse city center in just 5 minutes. The sofa folds out to a double bed. Additional mattresses and a crib can be borrowed. The kitchen consists of a combi oven and stove. It includes bedding and towels.

180 grader view over Storebælt

(Will follow in English) Fantastic charming cottage, in an excellent location! The feeling of standing on the deck of a ship, when the sea and the beautiful beach are 4 metres below the house. There are stairs down to the beach. Beautiful 180 degrees view of Storebælt, both from inside the house and from the terrace. The terrace is south-facing so there is sun all day :-) It is 26 meters wide and forms the heart of our beautiful cottage. You can see both the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the house.

"Enebo" - forest cabin in the middle of nature

Imagine an escape from the noise of everyday life in the heart of an old forest, where only the sounds of nature fill the air. Inside, the cottage offers a charming atmosphere with rustic details. The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

My charming wooden cabin, located 100 metres from the edge of the forest, invites you to experience a simple, basic lifestyle surrounded by tranquillity and beautiful nature. Sleep soundly on the cabin's loft with a view of the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong, and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks are available for purchase. Feel free to ask. Small double bed on the mezzanine for 2. Sheets, duvet and pillow cases and towels are included
